This small animal house or garden shed can be used for a variety of animals or store your small tools inside for a nice decorative piece on your lawn.  Goats, Pigs, Chickens,  ducks, dogs etc could all be housed in this.  It is 8x12 with the house portion being 8x8 and the porch portion being 4x8.

This building will need to be built and you can request modifications.  Modifying it may increase or decrease the price depending on what you would like.

It can be painted for extra as well.

Delivery is priced at 4.00/mile. (example. 50 miles from 19540 would be $200.00 plus a $40.00 handling fee).  We use a company to do the deliveries.  He can place it wherever he can drive with his truck and trailer.
