Solid built chicken coop.  House is 4x8 with plenty of room to walk inside!   This is an unpainted coop.  Save money and paint it whatever you would like!  Painted options and custom painted options are available for more.
 
**NOTE** This coop features a solar light and a cute chicken sign (not included in the price).
 
1. Add more windows (80/window).  Remove Window (80/off the coop)
2. Install Auto door (50/installation plus cost of door. You decide what door).
3. Make the coop larger (add 2 extra feet for an extra 575 or add 4 feet (8x8) for an extra 975).

Don’t be fooled by the cheap chicken coops online. If it ships it’s not only made of thin cheap/fake wood but it will require hours of assembly!

Delivery is priced at 4.00/mile. (example. 50 miles from 19540 would be $200.00 and one time handling fee of 40.00 for this particular size).  We use a company to do the deliveries.  He can place it wherever he can drive with his truck and trailer.
