Run is 6x8 and the house is 4x6. Overall dimensions are just under 12 feet long (with handles and the roof sticking out past the run) and about 6 feet 5 inches wide. 
 
Don’t be fooled by the cheap chicken coops online. If it ships it’s not only made of thin cheap/fake wood but it will require hours of assembly!

This is a solid coop and weighs about 600 lbs.  It will lighten as the treated wood dries out to aprox. 350 lbs or less.
