Q: How much does delivery cost?

A: All of our birdhouses ship free anywhere in the USA.  For our animal houses and sheds, it is 4.00/mile plus the larger houses have a delivery charge of $20.00-$40.00 which is noted on each product page.

Q: How do I order your larger items?

A: You can check out on the website but we encourage you to contact us and we can invoice you so we know exactly what you need.  You can call or text Aaron at 717-205-9810.

Q: Can the doors be changed on the chicken coops?

A: Most of the doors on the chicken coops like the 4x4 and the 4x6 can be moved.  Example would be placing the small chicken door on the opposite side.  We generally do not charge extra for this unless it requires extra work.

Q: Can you install an automatic door?

A: Yes, we can install an automatic door but we do not recommend any particular one.  For the smaller coops it needs to either roll up or move to the side.  We charge an additional 25.00 to install them.  We can order it and add it to your invoice or we can give you the address and have you send it to us.

Q: Can the coop be raised up or lowered with longer or shorter legs?

A: Yes, we can lower or raise the coop.  Since it is a special request it may take additional time to be ready and for a raised coop it would be an extra $20.00 for additional bracing and time and materials.

Q: Can I put on my own shingles to match my house?

A: Yes, please contact us and we can make that arrangement and offer a small discount.

Q: Do you make custom items?

A: Yes, we can build almost anything.  Contact us for more details.

Q: Do you build onsite?

A: Generally not.  If you are close to 19540, and you have a particular need, feel free to ask.  During our slower times we can accommodate special requests easier.
